Refund Policy

*Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

How do you package a product that you return?

The product needs to be in unsused condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please DO NOT SEND your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Can i return every product?

The answer is no, you can return almost every product except for Gift cards.

 

What do we need from you in order to refund the processed items?

We require a receipt or proof of purchase, join the live chat or send us an e-mail at: info@onthemap.nl for a return process.

 

How does the process of a refund works?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Is there a refund on items that are defective or broken?

Please get in touch with us, if it isn’t our fault by breaking it. We definitely give you a replaceable item instead.

What is the return address?

You can send your items AFTER you have been in the live chat or sent us an e-mail and you have received a reply that you may return the goods. Send the goods to:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. In this way, ensure that you use a trackable shipping service if possible.
